Public notice: Article 5E to change yearly Civic Association membership dues from $5.00/yr to $10.00/yr starting January 2006 was voted on and passed with a 17 yea to 0 nay vote on September 20th 2005.

Tuesday May 20th, 2008 General Civic Meeting 7:30pm at the MVFD

The next big events:

4th of July Parade July 5th, 2008 Route to be announced. Entire community invited to attend. Residents may participate by walking in the parade, canines and animals are allowed as long as they are leashed(Ladies this does not mean leash your man!) Residents may also be spectators. Please come out and join the fun. If you would like to bring a big group or have question just email Bonnie @ mbca2004@hotmail.com

Community Yard sale July 19th, 2008 Time to have some fun and sell the things you don't need so you can get some money to pay for gas or that BGE bill....HAHAHA! Main tables will be at the MVFD and space will be for rent contact Bonnie at mbca2004@hotmail.com Entire community can be involved, you can rent a table at the Firehouse or just set up in your yard your choice.
